I am confused…….. Real surprise lol

In the atozchallenge it’s everyday except Sundays right? I thought that’s what it was but I am seeing posts for F. Please help! I am pretty sure that its Monday-Saturday with Sunday being a bonus day, but I don’t want to miss a day if I am wrong.
